I think you should want continue your education if you’re going to go to a college or university. If you don’t really want to go you may be wasting your time and money when you could be getting a job. Many students go to college to get a job in the future. However a job is not guaranteed after college. Students need to know exactly what job they want. If they can get a job right after high school that they are happy and successful with then I don’t think college is necessary. Just because you don’t go to college does not mean you aren’t educated. If you have a job after high school then you could be saving a lot of money in student loans. There are jobs that require a college degree; and others that don’t. Choosing which path to take is up to personal preference, neither choice is necessarily better than the other.
